MFT Sweden have given around 50 customized lectures with different psychological topics for organizations and private groups of people. Together with the client we produce a material that we think can highlight the message the specific targeted group needs to develop in the intended way. Lecture 1: Personel and customers in Enskede racket center

Purpose: To inform the audience of the possibility to change work- and life situations with help from mental fulfilment training.

Topic: How can you grow psychologically in your life with help from mental fulfilment training?

Lecture 2: Stockholm badminton union

Purpose: To give inspiration to leaders and players concerning mental preparation before, during and after a match.

Topic: What can you, as a player, do to prepare yourself for training and competition?

Lecture 3: Täby BMF

Purpose: To give insight and understanding on how to act to mentally get better possibilities, before, under and after training and match, to reach your goals.

Topic: How can you prepare mentally to perform well before, during and after an achievement?

Lecture 4: Mälarhöjdens IK tennis

Purpose: To give the parents of the club insight of the possibilities for their children to develop with mental fulfilment training.

Topic: What is mental fulfilment training and how can a tennisplayer benefit from it?

Lecture 5: Skogås Badminton club

Purpose: To give insight of what mental fulfilment training means and a clear picture of what an investment in it means, practically and economically.

Lecture 6: Spendrups AB

Purpose: To give the memebers of a executive group new perspectives on how people act in different situations and why. To present new tools for selfscrutiny and mental development.

Topic: How can a leader contribute to ensure that people in the organization, by using mental training, increase their possibility to reach set goals.

Purpose: To make the members of the group aware of what they need to change in their behaviour in order to increase their contribution to reach the company goals.

Purpose: To work in groups to construct mental tools that can contribute to personal development.
